The Kautz Family Business

Jim Kautz started working for Dixie Terminal Food Shop/Brothers III in 1980 at the age of fourteen (14) for the Jacob family (Clyde, Tony, Paul), where he worked side by side with Clyde and Tony for nine (9) years. It was the Jacob brothers’ dedication and perseverance to be great business operators that inspired Jim to emulate them. After a successful career in Corporate America, Jim Kautz fulfilled his lifelong dream along with his wife Rosemary, when they founded JRCJ Investment Corporation (JRCJ Operations LLC & JRCJ Real Estate LLC) in 2012, with the purchase of three (3) Sonic Drive-In’s in Cincinnati Ohio (Milford, Eastgate, West Chester).

Today, the Kautz family-operated JRCJ Operations LLC organization stands at seven (7) locations with more locations on the horizon. While their JRCJ Real Estate LLC organization owns and manages a portfolio of commercial properties.
